Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia Mihran Poghosyan once again hit a subordinate, reports local Armenian daily Aravot (“Morning”).
According to the paper’s sources, this time, Poghosyan called to his office former head of the division Stepan Samvelyan, who was dismissed on charges of accepting bribes. The latter, thinking that the head of the RA Ministry of Justice Compulsory Enforcement Service regretted his decision and wanted to offer him a new job, came into Poghosyan’s office but got a beating instead.
Poghosyan, who, according to the aforementioned sources, was not sober at the time, hit Samvelyan so much that he required emergency first aid services.
