Armenian National Congress (HAK) youth have already begun spreading the news about the upcoming opposition rally on Feb. 18 outside the Matenadaran (Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts).
Splitting into groups, they have been distributing pamphlets and leaflets to people on the street in Yerevan and in the regions, asking people to join them on Feb. 18.
“People are very warm toward us, they take the leaflets and pamphlets with great enthusiasm, and they thank us for not stopping the struggle,” said HAK activist Tatevik Nikolakan (who always presents herself this way), speaking to Epress.am.
“We are going to free Nikol [Pashinyan] and all political prisoners through our struggle, we don’t have a right to stop our fight, since human rights haven’t yet been restored in Armenia, since this bandit government hasn’t yet left the country,” she said.
Note, HAK activists are also actively canvassing door-to-door.
