Kharkiv State Aircraft Production Enterprise might find another buyer for An-74TK-200C airplane which the company manufactured for Libya, said chair of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mikhail Dobkin. He noted that one aircraft is nearly ready, but it’s unlikely they’ll be able to negotiate its purchase with Libya now.
“If Libya cannot negotiate with us, we’ll find another buyer,” he said, reports Unian.
Dobkin said that today there are “certain contacts” with countries to which the Kharkov aircraft manufacturing firm has supplied airplanes before; in particular, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Russia, as well as some companies in the domestic Ukrainian market.
