The international community would like to create a united Caucasus republic with the three South Caucasus states: Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, said New Times party leader Aram Karapetyan, meeting with journalists in Yerevan Wednesday.
“This general plan intends to make Tbilisi the capital — the transfer of many Armenian businessmen to Tbilisi is probably tied to this. Tied to this is recent related call by the European Union and the Council of Europe to improve relations with unrecognized states, while not recognizing them,” he said.
