Recall, Emmy, representing Armenia with the song “Boom Boom,” was left out of the running from the first semi-final. As reported by News.am yesterday, Emmy’s manager, along with the representatives of four other Eurovision contestants that were voted out of the first semi-minal, have filed an appeal of the decision to European broadcasters. They claim that the first semi-final was “not well broadcasted in some European states” and that fans were unable to send sms votes.
