Sometime between buying her own engagement ring and announcing her engagement to NBA forward for the New Jersey Nets Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian found the time to develop a new skill.
Call her Kim Kardashian: Boob detective.
The reality star had her lawyers fire off a cease and desist letter to Terrace Martin and Devi Dev for using her image on the cover of their album Terrace Martin & Devi Dev Present: The Sex EP. What’s so detective-y about that? The picture was only from the neck down, reports SheKnows.com.
But Kim would know those boobs anywhere — or, more specifically, that picture of her boobs anywhere. The photo was actually Kim Kardashian’s W Magazine cover (seen below) — the very one she spent an entire episode of her show Kourtney and Kim Take New York crying about.
The Kardashian legal team fired off a letter demanding the producers remove the image, adding, “We cannot imagine why you thought you had the right to use this photograph without permission.”
Devi Dev told TMZ, “We didn’t even know they were her boobies because obviously I don’t recognize her by her nipples.”
The photo has since been replaced with a nearly identical one of another woman’s bare breasts.
