Armenia Recognizes New Libya Government

Armenia has recognized Libya’s transitional government.

“The Republic of Armenia Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Aug. 31 declaration on recognizing Libya’s National Transitional Council was already submitted through the Libyan Embassy in Paris,” RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs press spokesperson Tigran Balayan told local paper “Republic of Armenia.”
