The UN High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Armenia handed over Azerbaijani POW (prisoner of war) Roman Novruzoğlu Hüseynov to a third party.
According to an Armenian Ministry of Defense statement, the Azeri national taken prisoner by Armenian forces refused to return to Azerbaijan and preferred to take refuge in a third country.
