Body ‘Eaten by Animals’ Identified

On Dec. 19, a woman’s body was found near the bridge on the road from the city of Masis to the Nerkin Charbakh neighborhood of Yerevan. The body had been devoured by animals.

Armenian police report that the woman is Ayntap village resident Ofik Karapetyan, 55, who had been reported missing since Dec. 9.
