As instructed by Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan, the winter holidays for 3rd–12th graders in 20 Yerevan schools that don’t have individual heating systems were extended to Jan. 20, while 1st and 2nd graders’ holidays were extended to Feb. 3. The aforementioned schools are nos. 15, 23, 25, 40, 72, 81, 31, 34, 66, 144, 133, 134, 157, 163, 102, 107, 108, 120, and 146, and the special school for the blind in Arabkir district.
In addition, 1st and 2nd graders in schools having heating systems will begin their second term on Jan. 23, while 3rd–12th graders go back to school today.
