Would Armenia Take Part in Military Actions Against Ukraine? National Security Service Didn’t Say

The National Security Service effectively didn't answer when local daily Haykakan Zhamanak asked whether Armenia would agree to participate in military actions against Ukraine if Russia asked for such assistance from fellow Collective Security Treaty Organization member Armenia. 

"Today, the president of the Russian Federation announced ruling out military actions against Ukraine. This says everything" was the National Security Service spokesperson's response to the newspaper yesterday.
