Armenia’s Former Health Minister Appointed in Karabakh

President of the de facto Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan today signed a decree to dismiss Zoya Lazaryan from her position as Minister of Healthcare and replace her with Harutyun Kushkyan (pictured).

Note, Kushkyan was the Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Armenia from 2007 to 2012, as part of the Prosperous Armenia Party's quota in the RA coalition government.
