78-Year-Old Man Set Himself on Fire in Kapan, Armenia

Around 7 am today, outside 8 Minas Papyan Street in the Armenian town of Kapan, a citizen committed self-immolation.

Rescuers arriving on the scene found the burned corpse of a 78-year-old man (initials I.B.). No other details are provided on the Ministry of Emergency Situations website [AM].
