The financial department of the Constitutional Court continues to make deductions from the wages of Constitutional Court employees for the mandatory component of pension payments, reports local daily Haykakan Zhamanak.
Chief of the Constitutional Court Accounting and Financial Department Zaven Chopuryan told the newspaper that deductions were made and will continue to be made from the salaries of employees born after 1974, as per the new law.
"We've made deductions from January 1 till now, but they hadn't been transferred to the State Revenue Committee. After the April 2 Constitutional Court decision, we transferred the withheld amounts and we will transfer them until September 30," he explained.
