In a consultation following yesterday's Armenian government meeting, newly appointed Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan (pictured) instructed the relevant state bodies to quickly prepare a draft bill, which will suspend the calculation of fines until the National Assembly adopts the legislative package on the Law on Funded Pensions provided by the April 2, 2014 Constitutional Court ruling, according to an official statement [AM] on the RA Government website.
The government is preparing to propose discussing this draft bill at the National Assembly four-day session beginning on April 28.
