Two Nagorno Karabakh (NKR) Defense Army conscripts, Vahe Vanoyan, 20, and Mikayel Torosyan, 19, were fatally wounded by Azerbaijani fire on November 12 at around 9 pm in a military unit deployed in the southern direction of the line of contact between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, the NKR Ministry of Defense reported Friday, November 13.
A criminal case has been launched into the incident, officials' statement said.
