19-year-old Yazidi conscript Aziz Bakoyan, who had willfully left on February 6 a military unit in Dilijan, has been discovered by military police near his place of residence in Armenia's Armavir province, Defense Ministry spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Epress.am Wednesday. Note, Armenian media were alerted about the missing soldier Tuesday, February 9, by his worried family.
“He is currently under the supervision of the military police and is being taken back to the military unit,” Hovhannisyan said, without further elaboration.
