Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijan Agree to Halt Fighting Amid Minsk Group Negotiations

Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan have agreed bilaterally to call a halt to the fighting along the line of contact as of noon Tuesday while negotiations are underway in Vienna with the participation of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, NKR military authorities report. 

The Minsk Group, co-chaired by Russia, France, and the United States, has been acting as a mediator in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict since 1992.
