The opposition group Armenian National Congress (HAK) has organized a 6-hour-long picket in front of the Government Guest House near the Matenadaran in central Yerevan. At the same time, the Council of Europe is holding a Forum on the Future of Democracy in the same venue. The forum runs through till Oct. 21.
