On Jan. 11, internationally renowned musician and composer Goran Bregović was in Armenia upon the invitation of the Armenian DAR regional development and competitiveness foundation, to take part in a charity event that aimed to support the AYB high school scholarship fund, according to a press release issued by the foundation.
Bregović’s visit to Armenia was organized by businessman Levon Abrahamyan. The musician not only performed in the charity concert, but also donated $3,000 USD of his own funds to the cause.
