Military Officer Dies of Poisoning in Hospital

Junior officer Vahan Aslikyan, serving on Nubarashen’s military base, died on Jan. 18 at 3:30 pm at the St.Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center, where he had been taken at 12:30 pm on the same day with a diagnosis of poisoning.

It was Aslikyan’s wife who found him at home bleeding and immediately brought him to the medical center.

The Investigation Department at Armenia’s Defense Ministry has said that a criminal case has been launched.
