Karabakh Defense Ministry: Soldier Dead from Sniper Bullet

On Jan. 28, from the combat position of one of the military units stationed in the north, a sniper's bullet fatally wounded Karen Galstyan, 19, who was shot in the head, reports the press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh defense ministry. 

The department notes that an investigation is underway to clarify the details of the incident.
