Medvedev Might Not Come to Armenia At All

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s visit to Armenia has been postponed, said National Assembly deputy Vardan Khachatryan at a press conference today.

In fact, during the press conference, Khachatryan attempted to verify this information by contacting the National Assembly, where they informed him they had the same facts he did.

According to Khachatryan, it can be assumed from this news that it’s possible that Medvedev might not come to Armenia at all. Just as the wildfires in Russia, in the member of parliament’s words, the Russian president’s visit being delayed might be due to the anti-Russian talk reported in Armenia lately.
