After the opening of the Republican Veterinary Anti-Epidemic Diagnostic Center of the RA Ministry of Agriculture today, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, during a briefing, spoke on the possible rise in the price of natural gas.
The PM particularly noted that this issue was discussed during Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s recent visit to Armenia.
“The issue is constantly on the government’s radar, and the appropriate bodies are in ongoing consultations. A corresponding recommendation has been given to the directors of ArmRosGazprom (ARG), so that they can continue talks with their Russian colleagues, so that the gas price policy, methodology, is predictable for us. In a few months, the ArmRosGazprom management will provide clear information on how those consultations with the Russian party have concluded,” said the prime minister.
