Book by Azeri Poet Recently Published in Georgia

A book by Shovkat Daglargizi, an ethnic Azerbaijani poet living in Georgia, has been published in Tbilisi.

The Varlig Azerbaijani Cultural Centre organized a launch of “Look for my book, buy me and read me” by Shovkhat Daglargizi, reports News.az, citing AzerTAj.

The book was published with the support of the Georgian office of the Azerbaijan Writers’ Union and the Varlig Cultural Centre.

The head of Varlig, poet Rafig Hummet, made opening remarks at the launch.

The Georgian office of the Azerbaijan Writers’ Union and Varlig published seven books in the Azerbaijani language last year.
