The Ministry of Defense of the unrecognized Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh uploaded a 43-second video which shows special forces dragging an older man with his hands tied behind his back from a vehicle and into the building.
In the statement issued with the video, the Karabakh defense authorities once again stated that the actions carried out by special units of the Karabakh Defense Army "to neutralize the Azerbaijani reconnaissance and sabotage group" ended at 1 pm on July 14 at Kelbajar.
"As a result, some of the leaders and members of the group were arrested, while others were destroyed by Armenian special forces," reads the official statement [AM].
The Karabakh defense authorities also published photos of the man; however, his name was not reported.
