In October–November of this year, the North Caucasus federal district of the Russian Federation will sign a bilateral cooperation agreement with Azerbaijan, said President of the southern Russian republic of Ingushetia, Yunus-bek Yevkurov, to journalists while in Baku, reports 1news.az.
“I’m in Azerbaijan during Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s official visit… We will be preparing a bilateral cooperation agreement between the Northern Caucasus states and Azerbaijan, including determining the bases of investment cooperation in productive and constructive spheres,” said Yevkurov.
