‘Thief by Law’ Faroyan Arrested in Moscow

Moscow police have arrested a man named Taymuraz Faroyan, who is better known as Teko.

“The arrested [man] is a ‘thief by law,’… who lives in Moscow, though he’s originally from Tbilisi. Faroyan has been tried previously, and at the time of his arrest, 4.95 grams of heroin were found in his possession. 

“A criminal case has been filed against him with the charge of ‘purchasing and possessing large quantities of narcotics’,” reports Interfax news agency, citing an announcement by law enforcement bodies.
