More Water to be Sourced from Lake Sevan

The Government of Armenia today approved a decision, taking into account this year’s unfavorable weather conditions and the July–August drought, instead of the 144.5 million cubic meters of water which was taken from Lake Sevan during the  June 3, 2010 irrigation period to source 168.9 million cubic meters of water from Armenia’s largest lake.
