According to the RA president’s official website, Serzh Sargsyan received a number of congratulatory messages on the occasion of Armenia’s Independence Day from a number of  high-ranking officials including:

President of the Swiss Confederation Doris Leuthard,

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
