Turkish Airlines Turbulence Injures Eight

A Turkish Airlines (THY) plane bound from Istanbul to the Tunisian capital of Tunis ran into severe turbulence on Sunday afternoon, injuring eight people, reports Anadolu Ajansi. 


The Airbus 330 plane ran into turbulence shortly before landing at the airport in Tunis.


Four passengers and four crew members were injured. They were taken to hospital after the plane landed in Tunis.


There were 230 passengers on board the plane.
