Aghtamar Believed to be Brandy in Azerbaijan: Manoyan

During his visit to Baku to participate in the Socialist International meeting, Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun, or ARF-D) Armenian Cause Bureau Director Kiro Manoyan participated in a joint TV broadcast with Azerbaijan's Social Democratic Party Co-Chair Araz Alizade.

According to Manoyan, Alizade, with his on-air statements, was campaigning ahead of Azerbaijan's parliamentary elections on November 7.

"Alizade was saying general nonsense. In particular, he knows Aghtamar to be a brandy and doesn't understand why we perceive it as an area," noted Manoyan.
