Karabakh Resolution Removed from NATO Parliamentary Assembly Agenda

The draft resolution on the Nagorno-Karbakh conflict has been withdrawn from the agenda of the 56th annual session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly set to take place Nov. 12–16 in Warsaw, said head of the Armenian delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Republican Party of Armenia MP Karen Avagyan, noting that in accordance with Armenia’s position, the negotiating process must occur only through the OSCE Minsk Group format.

Recall that in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Oct. 26 draft agenda, it was noted that the resolution would be presented for discussion on the second day of the session, Nov. 14. The resolution was prepared by Canadian Senator Anita Raynell Andreychuk.
