Jury Votes for ‘Issues of Importance,’ Readers Choose ‘Who’s My Mother’

The result of Utopiana NGO’s competition as part of its “Mother-Daughter Triangle” project was announced on Nov. 7.

The jury members invited by Utopiana — Anna Barseghyan, Ara Nedolyan, Karen Antashyan, Marine Petrosyan and Misak Kostikyan — presenting the discussion process and reviewing all the works, eventually announced the jury’s decision: to give the award to Sona Avetisyan for her work “Issues of Importance.”

As reported earlier by Epress.am, Lusine Vayachyan’s work “Who’s My Mother” received the Readers’ Award as a result of public voting. Her work, as well, jury members regarded as one of the best in the selection.
