It is expected that the meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Astana, Kazakhstan, will also include the participation of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
As reported by 1news.az, citing ANS TV, this news was conveyed by OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrrin de Brichambaut.
“This meeting and this issue have been closely monitored by the president of Kazakhstan. His direct participation and involvement plays a very important role in bringing together the heads of two conflicting states. If you wish to establish peace and stability and find ways to resolve the issue that are mutually acceptable, I can say that the meetings between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan are very helpful. In addition, the involvement of other states in this issue is important,” Brichambaut said.
