A working meeting among the foreign ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan — Edward Nalbandian, Sergey Lavrov and Elmar Mammadyarov, respectively — took place in Moscow on Dec. 9, according to the press and information department of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At the meeting, discussions continued on issues related to resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict through the mediation efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.
It’s already the third time that the three countries’ foreign ministers have met in Moscow during the course of one month. The other meetings took place on Nov. 6 and Nov. 22.
