Illegal Vodka, Brandy Bottling Businesses Uncovered in Armenia

Investigators in Etchmiadzin and Idjevan have uncovered two illegal vodka and brandy bottling enterprises in Armenia. In one case, Armenian citizen K. Bazoyan was operating a vodka bottling business and evading taxes, while in another case, Idjevan resident V. Veranyan was bottling both vodka and brandy.

In Veranyan’s basement, inspectors uncovered a few dozen bottles of vodka and brandy without excise stamps, 150 liters of spirits, and bottles and corks for Avshar vodka, reports the State Revenue Committee of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
