Nagorno-Karabakh’s Prime Minister Now Blogging

NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan has started blogging, reports local Armenian daily Chorord Inknishkhanutyun (“Fourth Self-Authority”). Harutyunyan posted his first entry on Jan. 17 on his Armenian-language blog at http://govnkr.livejournal.com/.

“Karabakh’s prime minister currently has written only welcoming remarks, where he notes that he hopes, ‘NKR [Nagorno-Karabakh Republic], RA [Republic of Armenia] citizens and our compatriots living abroad will actively make useful analyses and proposals, and their contribution will bring the desired progress to Artsakh [NKR].’

“In the NKR prime minister’s blog, there are already a dozen comments [now 36], most of which welcome Harutyunyan, while some have expressed hope that, unlike Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan [who also has a blog], he will make contact with people more frequently through the blog and will answer questions personally,” writes Chorord Inknishkhanutyun.
