Armenian Republican MP’s Stores Don’t Give Required Receipts

Stores belonging to Association of Business Women of Armenia President, Republican Party of Armenia MP Hermineh Naghdalyan don’t hand over the required HDM point-of-sale receipts to customers, reports local Armenian daily Jamanak (“Times”).

For example, in the supermarket Heghnar in the administrative district of Davitashen, which everyone knows belongs to Naghdalyan, reports Jamanak, HDM receipts are not supplied.

“It’s very interesting, doesn’t [Armenian] prime minister Tigran Sargsyan know about this, so that, putting aside gentleman-ness, he can take some disciplinary action against Hermineh Naghdalyan? However, under the circumstances, today small and medium entrepreneurs carry business on their backs and often don’t get anywhere, while Hermineh Naghdalyan has climbed on the back of business, and at that elevation, she doesn’t feel bad at all,” writes the daily.
