It’s Possible to Start a Democratic Revolution Softly: Zurabyan

The international community is beginning to understand that it’s meaningless to provide financial and economic support to the “criminal oligarchic regime,” which contributes to making them wealthy, said Armenian National Congress (HAK) coordinator Levon Zurabyan at the rally organized by the opposition today.

“Is it possible to start a democratic revolution in a mild manner? We’re convinced that it is. We can create such a nationwide outburst that 100,000 people will gather and from that, the ground will burn under the feet of these authorities,” he said.

According to him, if in the coming one to two months, the “regime” doesn’t move in the direction they announced, the events in Egypt will repeat in Armenia.
