Speaking on the upcoming Mar. 5 meeting in Sochi between the presidents of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan, RA National Assembly (NA) Chair Hovik Abrahamyan said he doesn’t have any serious expectations, however, in his opinion, positive processes will begin to develop, reports local daily Yerkir (“Country”).
“I am convinced that the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia will try to find some solution or another. I’m convinced that there will be a positive charge during the Mar. 5 meeting,” he said. Speaking about Azerbaijan’s bellicose statements, the NA chair recalled that the RA president had said that we don’t want war, but we’re prepared to protect our land and our people, and we’re ready to talk on the three principles of territorial integrity, not using force and people’s right to self-determination, reports Yerkir.
