US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs Tina S. Kaidanow is in Baku today, report various Azerbaijani press.
Spokesperson for the US Embassy in Baku Keith Bean said Tina Kaidanow is expected to arrive in Baku on April 24 and to begin official meetings on April 25.
The US official will meet with Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev, Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov, as well as members of civil society to discuss issues related to the development of bilateral relations.
