New street art (that can be described as leftist political art) has appeared on the walls of different pedestrian underpasses, as well as educational establishments, over the past couple of months in Yerevan.
A few of the pieces have already been defaced.
This is not the first time that street art has appeared in Yerevan, nor are these the only pieces that have been defaced — the well-known “Suicide Soldier” that appeared on a few walls in Yerevan over the past year or so has likewise been defaced.
