Yerevan Resident Died While Swimming in Lake Sevan

The RA Ministry of Emergency Situations rescue service received a call at 8:20 pm on Jun. 21 that a man in need of medical assistance was recovered from Shorzha beach at Lake Sevan.

Rescue workers on the scene determined that the man, Yerevan resident Armenak Avagyan, 52, had had a heart attack and died before the doctors arrived.
