Armenia’s ruling authorities are missing out on the latest opportunities to achieve national reconciliation and a stable transition toward democracy through dialogue, Levon Zurabyan, the coordinator of the Armenian National Congress’ day-to-day affairs, told reporters in Yerevan today.
“On Sept. 23 we will summarize the steps taken by the ruling authorities in the time given to them and the move will then be ours. The people have to gather for making decisions,” he said, adding that “very little time is left to waken and to alter Armenia’s political system through a smooth process.”
