‘The Dialogue Can be Considered to Have Failed’: Levon Zurabyan

The Armenian National Congress (HAK) political affairs committee today discussed the current political situation and preparations for the Sept. 30 rally, HAK senior representative Levon Zurabyan told reporters after the meeting on Wednesday.

“The assessment was made that basically the dialogue [with the ruling authorities] can be considered to have failed, and the people are forced to move toward organizing serious mass events, due to which it will be possible to resolve those demands and issues that the public has placed before it,” he said.

According to him, also discussed were different options to specific activities, but it was decided that the final solution to the issue and adoption of the plan will happen at the Sept. 30 rally.
