Something Peculiar in Way PM Tigran Sargsyan was Carrying Himself, Says HHK MP

Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) MP Rafik Petrosyan doesn’t know whether Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan (pictured) was drunk or not while he delivered his speech at an event commemorating youth held at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex in Yerevan on Friday.

Speaking to reporters today, he had a hard time saying what actually happened, but he noted that there was something peculiar in the way the PM was carrying himself.

As for Energy Minister Armen Movsissyan’s recent display of playing games on his iPad during a parliamentary meeting on Wednesday, the HHK MP said he hasn’t seen the video and thus cannot saying anything about it at this time.
