Police Passport and Visa Department Chief Didn’t Know He was Sacked: Paper

Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan sacked Chief of the RA Police Passport and Visa Department Norayr Muradkhanyan yesterday, offering the position to Police Colonel Hovhannes Kocharyan, who previously held the position of chief of the RA Police Legal Department.

According to local daily Haykakan Jamanak (“Armenian Times”), Muradkhanyan was uninformed of his dismissal — he only found out about it through phone calls from acquaintances.
