Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun, or ARF-D) parliamentary faction leader Vahan Hovhannesyan at the ARF-D Supreme Council meeting earlier today presented the party’s list of candidates nominated to run in the May 6 parliamentary election according to the system of proportional representation. According to Hovhannesyan, they spent a long time compiling the list, since it should be “not only representative, but also ethical.”
The faction leader pointed out that the party tried to incorporate mainly youth in its top 10 slots, while nearly half of the party’s current parliamentary deputies are completely absent from the list.
