Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan during a visit to Vayots Dzor on Saturday also went to the Jermuk Resort. The visit was not accidental, since the hotel complex, rumor has it, belongs personally to Sargsyan, reports local daily Zhoghovurd.
"Though Vayots Dzor's former marzpet [regional governor], former MP Samvel Sargsyan made the investment. By the way, many trees were cut in Jermuk to build that resort. So, Serzh Sargsyan was interested in that construction in the name of his business," writes the paper.
